She was a business development executive in the technology consulting industry, partnering with clients to solve their most complex business and technology problems. While she loved selling consulting solutions to various companies, she was keen to apply her talents for problem-solving and building connections to a role that lay closer to her heart. As a child, Tania attended open houses with her parents and became fascinated with the stories and design elements unique to each home. She saw her family and community build stability through homeownership and realized how much power there was in real estate. She got her real estate license in 2007 and has been helping clients ever since. Tania is a first-generation Ukrainian American who was born and raised in Philadelphia and spent her childhood summers at the Jersey Shore. A long-time homeowner who has remained true to her roots, she splits her time between Center City and the Shore. She is a member of the Union League of Philadelphia and volunteers at Animal Outreach of Cape May.
