The room is very bright and spacious with 2 large walk in closets and best yet a Private Bathroom with duel shower heads and double vanity!!!Laundry is located conveniently on second floor. House has large back yard and amazing roof deck views. The house is located on a safe and quiet street minutes from American Sardine bar and the Orange line/bus lines to the city. Parking is permit marking but free on our street. Living with you will be two males in late 20's occupying the 2nd fl & room for rent is would be the Entire 3rd floor! Everyone in the house is a working professional and due to Covid are working/school from home 100%. They are quite during the weekdays and both enjoy cooking. Utilities are not included. First/Last/Security in equal part of rent price is due at lease signing prior to move-in. Proper Background/Credit check will be processed by applicant.
