Erin, also known as #BossLady, has been helping clients since 2005 by exceeding expectations. In 2019, Erin started her real estate brokerage, where she helped 30+ agents develop, grow, and achieve their goals. Erin obtained her real estate license during her last semester at Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia where she double majored in Accounting and Marketing and graduated with honors with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. She began her real estate career immediately after graduating in 2005 and loves every aspect of the field.
Erin has been working full time in the industry since 2005, and is experienced in both commercial and residential real estate, sales and leasing, as well as property management. Erin also specializes in working with buyers who are looking to purchase, renovate and flip, live or out the property and can assist in every step to streamline the process and reduce the client's stress and guesswork. Erin has worked as a salesperson, property manager, mentor, trainer, and most recently was the Vice President of Sales & Leasing for another local real estate company. Erin looks forward to continuing her focus in the Greater Philadelphia Area and continuing to provide the high levels of service and expertise for which she is known.
Erin is very proud of her experienced, honest, and hard-working team. Erin recently moved to Havertown with her family after spending most of her life living in lower Montgomery County and spends most of her waking hours dedicated to providing exceptional service to her real estate clients. She also enjoys working out, being outside, discovering new restaurants, wine, traveling, and expanding her real estate portfolio.
