It is the perfect place to stay for couples looking for a romantic location in the historic center of Eddystone, within walking distance public transportation, mall and supermarkets. The apartment is very quiet at night. Please note, my apartment is on the 2nd floor with no elevator. To move in prospective tenant needs to provide last 3 pay stubs as proof of income; First, last and security - 3 months' rent are required. We screen tenants to ensure that they meet standard requirements.
