Tenant Qualifications Applicants' combined gross monthly income must be at least 3× the monthly rent (unemployment income not considered). We conduct credit, criminal background, rental/eviction history, and reference checks. A credit score of 600+ is required. Applicants with credit scores below 650 may be subject to additional approval conditions. There is a $50 non-refundable application fee per adult applicant (including cosigners).
