Our spacious two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments are designed with your comfort in mind. Each home comes equipped with a full-size washer and dryer right in your apartment. The kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, and garbage disposal—everything you need to feel right at home. Our apartments feature a combination of cozy carpeting and stylish LVP flooring, and some of our remodeled units even offer sleek new cabinets and beautiful quartz countertops. At Parkview, we’re committed to offering you comfort and convenience at an affordable price, with rent starting at $1,275 per month. Ask about our current move-in specials, and if you apply within 24 hours of your tour, we’ll even refund your application fee toward your rent!
