Application & Deposits: - $65 application fee per adult - Apply within 24 hours of your visit & have the fee credited to your first month’s rent! - Security deposit: $500 to one month’s rent (based on approval) LIMITED TIME SPECIALS: We are currently running two unit specific specials: first full month’s rent free, or receive a $300 Amazon gift card after a successful move-in! Pet Policy: - One dog (max 25 lbs) allowed per household, cats not allowed - $500 deposit + $25/month pet rent - Qualified service/companion animals permitted under ADA & Fair Housing laws Utilities: - Water/Sewer/Garbage: Billed monthly based on usage and square footage. The estimated range is $40-$70/month.
