Rent is $700 for master room and $650 for the other. Utilities split amongst all occupants. Everyone is free to use cooking utensils, all I ask is that you treat them like they’re your own and clean up after yourself. Hoping to find some easy going people that pick up after themselves and respect the others living in the house. About me: I as the owner live in the residence and will be in one of the bedrooms. I work in finance for a local agency based out of Portland. Most of my time is spent either working or going to the gym. In my free time I like to get out in nature, hiking, camping, etc. I purchased this home at the beginning of the year and am looking to supplement part of the mortgage.
