QUIET neighbors/hood!! Renter in basement has her own entrance. She has been here almost 3 years and maybe used the kitchen 8 times? Very quiet. You and I will share the upstairs. It is fully furnished. Your own bedroom is also but if you prefer your own stuff NO problem. I will be gone a lot so you will basically have the upstairs to yourself, when I am here I will be out back in detached garage most of time. The amount of rent is EVERYTHING. Heat, Cable, Water, Sewer, Garbage. I have a parking pass for street parking for you. The Salem Hospital is only a 5 min drive if you happen to work there! SUPERB Bush Park neighborhood! I have been here 22 years and have zero complaints. Even the South High students are respectful of our homes during their lunches.
