Take an 8-minute stroll through the quaint surrounding neighborhoods to Cathedral Coffee and enjoy a nice hot cup of coffee or tea and scone or muffin. Attending school or are a faculty member? University of Portland is a quick 4-minute drive or 7-minute bike ride or head East to find the Portland Community College Cascade campus. It is the responsibility of the interested persons to confirm the layout, square footage, amenities, etc. Screening will consist of a background and credit check.
