Central City Concern is accepting waitlist applications for Hazel Heights. Located in Southeast Portland at SE 126th and SE Stark, the two four-story buildings contain 153 homes total: 92 one-bedroom and 61 two-bedroom apartments. Hazel Heights has on-site Resident Services Coordinator and Family Mentor to help families and individuals navigate social service needs.
This is a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) property, and income limits apply. Income restrictions apply to all households. Applicants need to make at least 2x the rent to qualify. Please review the Building Criteria for other restrictions.
Applicants must provide a completed waitlist pre-application in order to be placed on the Hazel Heights Housing Website. Incomplete pre-applications will not be added to the waitlist.
