The back bedroom has a door leading to the shaded deck in the rear with bench seating. The owner is responsible for mowing the front yard. The tenant is responsible for watering the beds and is expected to maintain their appealing appearance. In the back deck area, the tenant is responsible for maintaining its appearance and watering the plants and bamboo. This welcoming home is perfect for those who appreciate tranquility and the need for a respectful, collaborative living situation. The owner has a business in the ADU on the property at a decent distance from the home and reserves private, unrestricted access to certain areas for parking: The right side of the driveway must be left accessible at all times to allow for owner and visitor access to the office in the rear.
