Upstairs has shared full kitchen with new appliances, additional living spaces for me and my two young kids, and a large, fenced backyard. Utilities are included in rent price: electricity, heat, central air conditioning, gas, water, and internet. Must be ok with an older dog and cats. Single mom with two kids looking to share her home to supplement income.
