The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed with extra linens, a large closet, and a dresser. The secondary bedroom is set up as an office and includes a twin bed with a trundle. The fully equipped kitchen includes cutlery, plates, glasses, a slow cooker, roasting pan, rice cooker, microwave, dishwasher, electric range, full-size refrigerator with freezer, blender, coffee maker, hot water kettle, knives, pots and pans, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy the convenience of free off-street parking with two uncovered spots directly in front of the cottage, and ample free street parking. This pet-friendly property also features a fenced yard for your furry companions. This home is ideally located within walking distance to the heart of Sellwood, including bars, shops, and cafes. Enjoy proximity to Sellwood Riverfront Park, just a 10-minute walk away. Providence Milwaukie Hospital is 1.7 miles away, Reed College is 2.2 miles away, and Va Portland Health Care System is 2.6 miles away. Please be aware that the property is located next to a commercial street (35 mph zone) and faces a quiet street (20 mph zone), so road noise can be noticeable at times. A white noise machine and box fans are provided to help mitigate this. Parking to the right of the cottage is reserved for the house next door. Smoking or vaping is permitted outdoors only, with a minimum charge of $500 for any indoor violations. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by pets and must clean up after them, with a $50 fee for uncleaned pet waste. All overnight guests must be listed on the reservation, and written permission is required for additional overnight guests. Children under 13 should not be left unattended. Guests may not have more than 8 people in the home at any time. For stays of 30 days or more, initial paper products and cleaning supplies are provided, but guests are responsible for restocking once they run out. Bodily fluid cleanup will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee, and only toilet paper should be flushed.
