Pet rent and deposits will be determined based on pet screening results. All applicants must complete a pet screening application, including those with no pets. There is no charge for submitting a pet screening application for applicants without pets or for ESA/Service animals. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and must be fully completed before processing. The application fee is $60 per adult, plus a $10 non-refundable processing fee.
