It is completely private with a separate entrance off the alley, tons of light, new fixtures, great flow, and its own washer and dryer. Robin, Dana and their toddler live in the main house upstairs. As this space is part of our home, we are ideally looking for a single or couple who are into semi-community living with us. That means you interact sometimes and are ok with the occasional tasteful music jam happening upstairs. And purrhaps even enjoy petting and knowing our cat, Miso. Enjoy the privacy of your own space with access to fun, creative and friendly folks! We would be extra excited to invite in: ~ A single parent or couple with a near-ish toddler age child, who may wish to potentially share in the resources of co-family living. ~ And/or someone who vibes with our new family unit and is interested in being connected with us in some way. ABOUT US Robin’s work life includes producing creative events, playing gigs, running songwriter programs, and managing rentals. Dana works as a healing arts practitioner, plays music, enjoys dancing and cooking. We both love connection in nature and many outdoor activities. We’re both personal growth oriented and value clear and loving communication. Location: 6028 NE 24th Ave, Portland, OR 97211 Just south of Ainsworth. Two blocks to Alberta Park, and a walk or bike ride to a myriad of amazing food, shops, parks, and friends, including 3 major parks, Kennedy School, New Seasons, Dekum Triangle, and Alberta.
