We're just south of Peninsula Park which means we're close-in and are walking distance to the library, cherry sprout, nulu kava cafe, many international restaurants, record stores, plant stores, international market, Cherry Sprout neighborhood produce market, New Seasons, the Max yellow line and bus lines, commuter bike routes, and so forth. There's street parking, but no easy way to charge an E- car. Shared sauna and washer/dryer. Vegetable garden beds, private fenced yard, shaded lawn, sunny areas, wrap around porch.
