We are looking for caring and wonderful people to rent our home. It is a cute place with an open, sunny, breezy layout, 2 good-sized bedrooms and an amazing backyard with a covered deck & fire pit. The house has a working fireplace, an attached one-car garage, parking in the driveway for 2 cars, washer & dryer provided. There is one full bathroom, a linen closet, a coat closet, and extra storage in the attic. Neighbors are nice & easygoing. We have loved living here for the last 8 years. Gardeners preferred! We will pay for basic yard maintenance- lawn mowing and annual rose, tree & shrub pruning. It would be so lovely to find a renter who would enjoy caring for the flowers, vegetables & fruit. There are raspberries, strawberries, blueberries & grapes, and a small vegetable patch currently planted with herbs, cherry tomatoes, potatoes & chard. You don't HAVE to be a gardener or an experienced gardener to live here. If the flowers, fruits & veggies die, but you pay your rent on time & are happy in our home, we'll be happy too . But if you DO love to garden, we would extra to love to hear from you. There is also a community garden with open plots just 1 block away. There is currently a slide attached to the deck and a "treehouse" ~3 ft off the ground. We can take down the slide if you don't want it, but the tree-house stays. The treehouse was built in 2020 and is solid & in great condition. The house has been seismically upgraded, has a new roof & all new plumbing. Pets are welcome so long as they are mellow. No puppies, please. Smoking inside is prohibited, but outside is ok.
