Garden is kept-up by owner next door, garbage is shared, all other utilities are separate and the responsibility of the tenant. Apartment consists of large livingroom, vintage style kitchen, one larger bedroom, and one smaller bedroom. Two-door access, front and side door. Up to two pets allowed: must be under 16 lbs, no dogs with barking issues please, litterbox will need to be kept in upstairs bathroom only. There is a place for one car now, but cannot guarantee a parking spot in the future. Bikes should probably be stored inside of apartment. Absolutely no smoking of any kind on premises.
