Feel at home in this 700 sq ft studio set in a historic 1920’s prewar condo building. The building offers elevator access and secure entry. Inside, you’ll find a queen-size bed with blackout curtains and a comfortable living area with a Smart TV. The fully outfitted kitchen includes everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal. Enjoy lots of natural light and A/C in the summer. Free on-site laundry is available on the first floor. Reserved parking is available. Step outside and you’re just moments from Portland favorites like Ken’s Bakery (2 min walk), Trader Joe’s (4 min), pet friendly Couch Park (4 min walk), Salt & Straw and other fun stores and restaurants on NW 23rd Avenue! Hospitals and transit are close by: 3 min walk to Tri-Met MAX station, 11 min walk to Legacy Good Samaritan, 2.7 mi to Legacy Emmanuel Hospital, 2.8 mi to OHSU, 3.3 mi to Kaiser and 4.6 mi to Providence St. Vincent. This building is a condo unit building, and you may hear the sounds of the city. A white noise machine is provided for added comfort. All pets must be approved and on the reservation. Guests agree to pay any and all damages caused by pets discovered during or after checkout. Guests who do not clean up after their pet will pay a $50 poop cleanup fee. All persons staying overnight must be listed on booking and you must get written permission to do so. Any damage caused by booking party’s guests are the responsibility of the person who booked the stay. Guests agree to pay for any and all damages caused by guests within 30 days of checkout. Children under the age of 13 are not to be left unattended. Guests may not have more than 8 people in the home at any time. Bodily fluids cleanup will result in $500 additional cleaning fee. If anything other than toilet paper is discovered in sewer lines, guest agrees to pay $500 plumbing fee or more if damage is more significant within 30 days of checkout. When temps drop below 32 Degrees F, guests shall open all cabinets under sinks and turn on heaters in rooms and leave water in all taps on a slight drip. Guests who fail to follow this rule causing pipes to burst and or freeze agree to pay for damages to home caused by said bursting or freezing. Guests who do not take trash out on trash day during their stay agree to pay a $50 disposal fee. In the event of a lockout, assistance is only available during business hours of 9am to 7pm. If you are locked out outside of business hours because you lost or left your keys inside you are financially responsible for finding lodging or getting back into the unit.
