House is fully furnished, and some personal effects will remain (books, plants, decorations, etc.). Minimum lease of one month. We are travelling, and will return July 7st, and occupy the house then. Parking: 2 spots in driveway (compact cars only). Ample street parking. Owner pays for all utilities (landscaping, garbage, water, electricity, gas, internet). No smoking of any sort. No parties/events. Quiet hours are 10 PM - 7 AM. Maxium pet allowance, 2 cats or one dog. Any damage taken from pet and security deposit.
