This is larger than the office/guest room. * Spacious backyard including fire pit and spa * Off street parking * Considerate neighbors in a reasonably chill neighborhood. I know SE gets a reputation, but I enjoy and trust my neighbors. About me: * I have 2 cats of equal age (2). They are very kind with people. I have secured the backyard with cat fencing, and they spend almost equal time outside and inside. * I work in IT full time, and I work from home 2 days a week. * I am transfem, body positive, and agnostic. * I pay the bills on time or early. * I love to listen to new vibes and I can dance to anything. * I think it is my responsibility to advocate for myself, as it is respectful to ask for attention and know that I am not always entitled to it. I feel like this is a unifying component of a peaceful coexistence. * I like to keep the kitchen clean cause we get ants. I generally like to keep the house clean. Cat fur can build up quick.
