Barclay Hills Neighborhood

Barclay Hill is a neighborhood in Oregon City, Oregon that lies in the 97045 zip code. The boundaries of the neighborhood are Division Street on the north, Warner Milne Road on the south, Singer Creek Park on the west, and Cascades Highway on the east.

The nearby Barclay Hills City Park offers a playground, basketball courts, and open space to residents. Singer Creek Park is an 18-acre green space on the western border of this community. It has trails that meander through the park along Singer Creek, and it is also popular for its disc golf course.

The Thora B. Gardiner Middle School is a public school that provides grades 7-8 to students, while the Mt. Pleasant Elementary School offers classes to students in grade K-6. Mt. Pleasant has earned a community rating from parents and students of 4/5 according to Great Schools.

The Green Grocer is a local market that is popular with residents. Warner Milne Road has a nice selection of restaurants as well.
