To the right are the kitchen and dining room, half bath, laundry area, and entrance to the clean and spacious two-car garage. The living room has a large, floor-to-ceiling fireplace, and off the dining room, sliding glass doors lead to a fantastic covered patio where you can relax and enjoy the large, private fenced yard. To the left of the entryway are three bedrooms and a large full bath. Tenant pays electric, gas, cable/internet, water/sewer, garbage charges, and professional landscaping. Pet policy: Pets are not allowed Smoking policy: Smoking prohibited on entire premises Tenant pays for electricity, gas, and garbage, and will be billed back for water. Owner takes care of landscaping. - SECURITY DEPOSIT?The security deposit for this property will be at least equal to one month’s rent. Based on the results of the tenant screening process, an additional security deposit may be required.
