We screen first come first served and honor fair housing guidelines. The screening fee is $50.00 per adult and all over the age of 18 must apply and be approved. Please note our policy for holding a unit: Once approved you will have 24 hours to put down an “execution deposit”. Deposits to hold are not refunded for failure to view. This will hold your new home for you for 4 additional calendar days, at which time you are expected to take possession and pay the remaining move in funds. If the unit will not be ready by that time, we will arrange for you to take possession and pay the remaining move in funds on the date the unit is “rent ready.” All move-in funds are required to be in the form of a cashier’s check (certified funds). We do not accept money orders.
