While all units are fully furnished and thoughtfully designed for comfort, specific pieces and decor may still differ. Building and property amenities, such as the pool, are managed by the property and may close without prior notice. The pool is open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 10 PM, but it is closed on weekends. All listed amenities are to be used at guest’s own risk. The homeowner will not be held liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party. Smoking in your apartment, common areas, or on any of the grounds is strictly prohibited; doing so may result in an inability for us to continue hosting you along with an additional cleaning fee of $250. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
