In front of the home is a separately rented tiny house occupied by a kind, easy-going neighbor, and we’re looking for the same. They share utilities, fiber internet (very fast), and the driveway. You may park up to 2 cars off-street in the driveway (in addition to the tiny house tenant). The house is on a quiet street within walking distance to Westmoreland Park, several stores and restaurants. Pleasant biking to downtown or UO campus along the Fern Ridge Path. We are caring owners and this home means a lot to us. We’re looking for someone who will take good care of it and be good neighbors. No smoking of any kind inside the home. No subletting. Max 2 pets, approval required. $1,950/month plus your share of the EWEB bill (has averaged $160/month this past year). Owner pays internet and garbage bills. $1,950 security deposit (with an additional $1,950 pet deposit if relevant), and first/last month’s rent required at move-in. 6-Month Lease, then month-to-month. Renter’s insurance or Liability Insurance ($100,000 liability) required. We will schedule individual tours Sunday afternoon 12/14, and Monday 12/15 mid-day.
