It comes with a washer/dryer unit that is located in the garage. The landscaping is serviced by an automatic sprinkler system front and back. The large backyard has mature and productive fruit trees plus a great sunny garden spot. Plus there is a great garden shed for additional storage. INCLUDED IN RENT is every other week mowing/edging/weeding yard service. Pets are considered on a case by case basis which will include criteria such as size, nature, breed, and past rental references. Additional deposit and pet rent may be a requirement.
