Charleston Crossing believes that pet-friendly apartments are an important part of life, which is why we have policies to accommodate pet ownership. We welcome dogs under 60 lbs and cats with a $300.00 pet fee per pet plus monthly pet rent of $25.00 per pet per month. Please keep in mind breed restrictions apply.
