Our freshly updated apartments feature beautiful modern wood-look vinyl floors and updated kitchens with all major appliances, including a dishwasher and built in microwave. Most units includes a washer/dryer hookup. Don't have a washer and dryer? We've got you covered. Rent a washer and dryer from us and enjoy the ease and comfort of doing laundry from the comfort of your own home. The security deposit required is equal to one month's rent, with residents responsible for electricity through Duke Energy, while water utilities are paid to SNS Management on an individual basis. Trash service is included. Ashgrove Apartments is a pet-friendly community! With an additional monthly fee and a non-refundable pet fee, we're happy to accommodate your beloved pets.
