Rights to a resident-only Intracoastal Waterway access area, great for launching kayaks, is provided by Harbor Villa HOA. The entrance to the apartment is on a large, covered porch. The porch is exclusively for the use of this apartment's tenant. You can pull your vehicle right up to the porch steps. An extensive remodel in 2019 included new kitchen cabinets, countertops, bathroom vanities, lighting and plumbing fixtures, HVAC upgrades, LVP flooring throughout, new blinds, new roof & updated paint colors throughout. Rooms are bright with ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. The semi-open floor plan flows nicely. Your private backyard oasis is behind the large covered porch. It is separated by a wooden privacy fence from the adjoining tenants. Routine lawn maintenance by a local service is included as an additional perk. This includes the whole yard. (The owner maintains all trees and shrubs.) This is a Non-Smoking property. Smoking/vaping is not allowed inside OR outside due to this being a shared property. Because the apartment is attached, strict quiet hours are requested of both occupants. Parking for the apartment (this listing) is limited to the left side of the double-width driveway, which will easily accommodate 2 vehicles parked in tandem. Occupants of the upstairs unit will only use the right side. PETS: One dog will be considered and will only be accepted at management's discretion. They have proven to be quiet and very well behaved. You agree to comply with the following rules: Your furry family member must be under your control at all times as the yard space for the apartment is not fully fenced. Your pet should be well trained (doesn't intimidate other dogs, bark constantly, dig up the yard, chew or scratch the interior or exterior of the home). You will pick up after them responsibly (keeping in mind the other tenant enjoying a little fresh air on the other side of the privacy fence and the lawn mowing service). You will not leave your pet unsupervised for long periods in the apartment.
