This townhouse features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and is located in a centrally located townhouse in a small quiet community conveniently located off HWY 105 in Vilas, NC. The primary bedroom is on the first floor and has an en-suite bathroom. This apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, a coffee/tea/hot coco bar, luxury bath sheets, a cozy gas fireplace, a 14 Game Video Game Machine, super-fast Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and 2 Smart TVs. The kitchen includes a blender, stand mixer, cookie sheets, crockpot, and toaster. Sleds are provided for backyard sledding, weather permitting. You'll have easy access to skiing, snow tubing, fly fishing, river rafting, gem mining, and all the High Country adventures people come here for. This apartment is 5 miles to King Street in Boone (and App State), 12 miles to Sugar Mt, 11 miles to Blowing Rock, 19 miles to Beech Mt, and >1 mile to Willow Creek Public Par 3 Golf Course. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am. No animals are allowed. No smokers or smoking/vaping/candle/incense burning of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property. There are 2 assigned parking spots per stay; if you have more than 2 vehicles, you cannot park the additional vehicles at the townhouse. All minors (under 18 years) must be supervised by an adult at all times. Guests will not leave bags of garbage on the front or back porch for more then 2 hours. If you are visiting us during the winter months, we cannot accommodate last minute requests to cancel due to snow related travel issues.
