If you're visiting Sugar Mountain for a ski trip, this is the ideal spot. Located directly on the slopes, you can ski right out of the back door! After a day on the slopes, snuggle up by the gas fireplace to warm up. The living room offers a comfy sofa, a smart TV, tasteful furnishings, and mesmerizing slope views. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, electric stove top, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, and all necessary cookware and utensils. The dining table seats four, perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability with a $25 per hour fee. It is highly recommended to bring a 4WD or AWD to access Sugar Mountain, and during winter months, snow chains are suggested to assist. There is a unit located above. Smoking and pets are not allowed. People other than those in the guest's party designated in the reservation may not stay overnight at the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the guest. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. There is no daily housekeeping service, and while linens are included, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Local authorities may ticket or fine for improper equipment, such as not having chains on tires during winter months.
