The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed with soft linens and stunning mountain views, while the guest bedroom offers two cozy twin beds, ideal for families or friends. Each of the two full bathrooms includes a shower/tub combo, fluffy towels, and complimentary toiletries. The private balcony provides a peaceful setting to enjoy the picturesque Blue Ridge scenery at any time of day. Prepare delicious meals in a fully equipped kitchen designed with convenience in mind, featuring modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Thoughtfully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils, this kitchen allows you to feel at home while cooking up your favorite recipes. Additional guest charges apply for more than 5 people, with an extra charge of $35 per guest, per night. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request for $20 per hour for the first 2 hours and $40 per hour thereafter, subject to availability. Located in the heart of Sugar Mountain, this charming mountain village is known for its stunning natural beauty and outdoor recreational opportunities. Enjoy hiking, skiing, and golfing, plus nearby dining, shopping, and attractions. Grandfather Mountain State Park is just a 10-minute drive away, and Sugar Creek Gem Mine is a 9-minute drive. With easy access to highways 105 and 184, getting around the area is a breeze. For those without a car, the Avery County Transportation Services provide shuttle service to nearby towns and attractions. The building does not have a ski lift but is conveniently located right next to the slopes. A complimentary shuttle operates on demand, approximately every 30 minutes to nearby Sugar Ski. Parking is not assigned at check-in, and the upper-level parking near the building is reserved for homeowners. During the busy season, all guests will need to park in the lower-level lots and take the shuttle to the front entrance. On-site parking is only available when the shuttle is not operating. From December through January, 4WD or AWD vehicles are mandatory for accessing Grousemoor Road leading up to Sugartop, enforced by the Sugar Mountain Police Department. They will issue tickets to vehicles that do not meet these requirements. The condo does not feature ski-in/ski-out access. However, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort offers this amenity if you're looking for direct slope access from accommodations. The minimum rental age for the primary guest is 21.
