Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including indoors, patios, balconies, garages, or entryways. Sustained noise over 80 dB for 5+ minutes triggers alerts, and repeated violations may result in fines up to $2,500 and removal. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. Unauthorized guests may result in fines and cancellation without refund. We welcome up to 2 pets, each under 35 lbs, with a fee of $15 per night for 1 pet (capped at $195 per stay) or $25 per night for 2 pets (capped at $295 per stay). A one-time $49 fee applies for 1 large pet (in addition to standard pet fee) or a one-time $95 fee for 2 large pets (in addition to the standard pet fee).
