Parking is limited to three vehicles in the spots labeled 227 in front of the townhouse. Mid-size SUVs or smaller can fit in the garage. Pets are welcome with a fee of $15 per night for one pet (capped at $195 per stay) or $25 per night for two pets (capped at $295 per stay). For pets over 35 lbs, there is a one-time $49 fee for one large pet or a one-time $95 fee for two large pets, in addition to the standard pet fee.
