1861 Scholar Cir Apartments

Hi!! I am subleasing my ONE room in my apartment in Raleigh starting spring semester, January 2022, of this upcoming year until the lease ends in July 2022. I live with 2 other girls who go to NC State at Campus Edge that will still be occupying their rooms when you move in. This is college student housing. Apt is furnished, free parking, huge closet, and your own bathroom. 3 bedroom, 3 bathrooms in the whole apartment. You will be occupying one bedroom and the one bathroom in the room. The living room and kitchen is a shared space with the other girls. Washer and dryer are in the unit. Amenities I frequently use include the pool, gym, study rooms, volleyball court, and basketball court. The apt is across the street from the Centennial Campus at NC State and a short 5/6 minute drive from the main campus. I am happy to give you a tour of the apt any time.
