The third-floor offers a luxurious master suite and features a king-size bed, large walk-in closet, walkout balcony, and ensuite bath with dual-vanities and rain shower. There is also a pull out couch in this room and a pack-n-play / portacrib in the closet. The house is situated just 3-4 homes away from the community pool and playground. Just a few more homes away from the pool is the oceanfront beach access which is private to the community and has a bathroom which is by the ocean, so you don't have to run back to the house to use the bathroom! *4 seater Golf Cart available for rent for an additional fee if intereted (please see photo).
