The first bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, providing a private sanctuary. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed, while the third bedroom boasts two queen-size beds, accommodating larger groups or families. A shared full bathroom in the hallway adds convenience. Upstairs, a full loft awaits, offering additional sleeping space and flexibility with three twin beds and a king-size bed. Outside, the backyard beckons with chairs, a picnic table, and a charcoal grill, inviting you to unwind and savor al fresco dining experiences. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $50 per pet. Just 5 minutes from Fayetteville Rose Garden and 10 minutes from downtown, Cape Fear Botanical Garden, and more. This home is located in a residential area, so driving is recommended, however Uber and Lyft are readily available. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard.
