Starmount Forest Neighborhood

Starmount Forest is a neighborhood located in the southern suburban part of Charlotte, North Carolina. It is very close to the South Carolina border and is in a wonderful location with numerous activities and businesses in the surrounding area.

The shopping around Starmount Forest is very rich, consisting of both shopping centers and malls. Shopping centers like the Quail Corners Shopping Center provide residents of the Starmount Forest neighborhood with a small place to go for a bit of shopping and a bite to eat. The SouthPark Shopping Mall is the preferred place for shopping in the Starmount Forest area, as it contains the most stores. The SouthPark Shopping Mall also has a food court with plenty of dining options.

One big benefit of the Starmount Forest neighborhood is the nearby Quail Hollow Country Club. Quail Hollow features an 18-hole golf course that uses the natural flow of the landscape to make for a pristine golfing experience. The course has plenty of beautiful scenery, including various trees and a large lake. Quail Hollow is the home of the Wells Fargo Championship. The country club also has tennis courts and a pool for its members.

One of the biggest attractions of the Carolinas is close to the Starmount Forest neighborhood. Carowinds is a large amusement park that is located on the border between North and South Carolina. Carowinds offers many different attractions for any age group. The park offers roller coasters and thrill rides for those that like to experience an occasional adrenaline rush. There is also a separate area for water rides at Carowinds. The water rides are perfect for those hot summer days in North Carolina. The park also offers numerous games and shows throughout the year. Carowinds has dining and shopping facilities on the property as well.
