The apartment boasts gorgeous lake views and is ideally situated across from Carolina Lake Park. Enjoy front-row balcony seats for weekly fireworks and movies, making your stay even more memorable. The living space includes a large living room with a pull-out couch and a Roku smart TV for your entertainment. The kitchen is well-equipped for all your cooking needs, with bar seating for three and a dining table that accommodates four. The master bedroom features a balcony for stunning sunset views over the lake. Each unit includes two designated parking spaces. If you’re bringing additional vehicles, public parking is available with rates of $5 per hour or $25 per day, and private parking lots typically charge a flat fee ranging from $25 to $60 per day. Golf carts are welcome but count as one of your two parking spaces. Charging golf carts on the property is not permitted. The amazing Carolina Beach boardwalk is only a quarter of a mile away, and the Lake Park is right across the street. Fort Fisher Civil War Historic Site and the NC State Aquarium are six miles to the south. The unit is on the second floor, and the building is elevated due to its proximity to the ocean, requiring a flight of stairs. There is no elevator, and the property is not wheelchair accessible. Smoking is not allowed, and pets are not permitted. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time, especially in outdoor areas and shared spaces.
