On-site parking for up to two spots (for renters only). Outdoors is a lush, expansive lawn nestled between the privacy of the sea oats covered dunes and the villas. The lawn provides an inviting recreational area with charcoal BBQ grills for the enjoyment of guests. Sea Colony offers private beach access just steps from your door! Minimum age to rent is 25. No smoking or vaping allowed in the condo or on the balcony. There is no elevator access. You're going to love it here!
