It includes a stack washer and dryer. Ceiling fan and laminate flooring in the living room. Large closets in each bedroom. Enjoy the upgraded granite countertops and ceramic tile bathrooms. These units are ideal for anyone looking for a new great place to stay. The efficiency unit has a kitchen with granite countertops, full-size refrigerator, full size stove/oven, and over the range microwave. There is a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The efficiencies share a laundry facility on site. Water, sewer and trash included, with dumpster on site. Electric baseboard heat. AWD recommended. No cats allowed.
