Sudden opportunity for 3 students in huge house close to town! Move in early/mid August depending on the situation. This is a large 4 bedroom 3 full bath house where one female student resides. Lease through July 2025 (or longer). Located 2 miles from campus off the 105 bypass, with a 3 minute walk to an Appalcart stop. Please note- this is a whole house rental only- not by the bedroom. In other words, the group will rent the entire house and determine how rent will be broken up, not just their bedroom. Parking for 4-6 cars and sunny, grassy yard. No carpet in house, no mold. Very responsive local owner- not a big company. The neighbors are super nice and flexible but this is not a house where parties can happen (literally) due to the neighborhood. Located on a main road, so it’s easy access in the winter but the driveway is short but STEEP and super low clearance cars (i.e. very low sports cars) will not like it. Huge kitchen with lots of storage, back deck and sunny yard. House has dishwasher and washer/dryer. Main floor houses the kitchen/dining area, living room and 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms (2 bedrooms share a hall bath and one has a private bathroom).The lower level has the largest bedroom that people often use as a bedroom + sitting area or used as a rec room rather than a bedroom (in the case of three tenants). Another full bathroom is on the lower level with the laundry area. There is a one car garage w/shelves and unfinished/unheated bonus room off of the garage that has been used for various purposes. Whole house is $2600 per month split up however feels fair to the group that rents. Deposit and last months rent due at lease signing. All applicants must have their own lease guarantor to sign. Water, sewer, yard maintenance, and trash pickup included. Snow removal is not included. Baseboard heat with individual controls in each room. Ceiling fans in every room.
