The living room features a comfy couch, coffee table, a cozy fireplace to gather around, and a smart TV with streaming and cable for movie nights. The kitchen includes modern appliances and ample counter space, with a dining table for six and additional seating at the bar. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability with a $25 per hour fee. The All Season Amenity Center is closed for annual maintenance during the month of April. Guests are requested to check with us beforehand regarding the availability of the pool and hot tub to ensure your stay meets your expectations. The home is situated in the small vacation town of Beech Mountain, NC, offering a wonderful ambiance and a place to relax and refresh. The serene setting and mesmerizing natural surroundings provide plenty of attractions and places of interest, including a playground with spectacular views, an adventure tower, seasonal sledding hill, Fred’s General Mercantile, a brewery and a taproom, a history museum, and more. Both Beech Mountain and Banner Elk offer skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, eco-tourism, zip-lining, mountain biking, off-road ATVs, rafting, fly fishing, hiking, golf, fine dining, and shopping all at your fingertips. Wood for the fireplace is not provided, but you can purchase it from Fred’s General Mercantile. Cameras may be installed in areas considered public like entries and parking areas. A 4WD or AWD vehicle or snow chains are highly recommended during winter months. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm. Smoking is not allowed, and any violation may result in penalties. People other than those in the guest's party designated in the reservation may not stay overnight at the property. Housekeeping is not provided daily, and while linens are included, daily maid service is not part of the rental rate.
