386 S French Broad Ave Rental

We are putting our beautiful 1910 house up for rent as our family grows. It is located in the ultra-walkable South French Broad neighborhood, steps from the River Arts District, a quarter time from Mission Hospital and less than a mile from the South Slope and Downtown. It has heart pine floors throughout, 9' ceilings, pocket doors in the living room, massive bedrooms, gallery molding and other wonderful features from that era. It has a covered front porch and a large open back deck. The house sits high above the street for privacy. We renovated the kitchen in 2018 and renovated the bathrooms in early 2021.
