For a twelve-month lease, our studio apartments start at $1100 a month, $1300 for a one bedroom and $1400 for a two-bedroom. Our apartments are newly renovated with brand new appliances, built in microwaves, new flooring, tons of closet space, built in air-conditions, and best of all; patios and balconies are attached to nearly every apartment. Imagine sipping your coffee out on the balcony while Spot watches the squirrels go by. Heat, trash removal and water are included in your monthly rent. You only pay for electric. Plus, we offer complimentary storage units, on-site laundry rooms and plenty of parking. If you’d like to rent a carport, it’s only $25 a month. Wedgewood West Apartments is pet friendly.
