If you rent more than 3 months

The longer you rent (Up to 7 months) the price comes down. A 3 month lease is $2300 per month, a 4 month lease is $2250 per month, a 5 month lease is $2200 per month, a 6 month lease is $2150 per month and a 7 month lease is $2100 per month. As noted above we also have a pet cleaning fee that is extra.

About 22 Wilder Ter

Great view of the water, sand and trees of Ontario Beach Park. Several years ago my wife and I did an extensive remodel including new interior wall layout, new insulation, new electric wiring, new HVAC system, new kitchens including new appliances, new bathrooms, mostly new windows, new deck etc. We have rented both 1st and 2nd floor apartments since then. We recently moved into the 2nd floor apartment and live there 5 months per year. We just had the entire inside, outside and decks repainted. We also just recently installed a new refrigerator and gas stove and installed a chair lift to bring groceries or people up as well. We only live in Rochester 5 months a year and have decided to rent our apartment the other 7 months. (October thru April) We have a long term tenant on the 1st floor who is very nice. Enjoy the numerous walkable restaurants including Mr. Dominic`s, Windjammer`s and Abbotts. We love our home and are sure you will as well !!
