Great location off of Monroe Ave near 490 ramps and close to bus stops and everything Rochester! This is not a studio apartment but rather a room located on the second floor. Just renovated this year! It shares a bathroom with one other tenant who rents the room next door. It shares a small kitchenette with three other tenants.
