The modern bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, fresh towels, and all the essentials, offering a spa-like experience. We have a pet limit of 2 pets per reservation with a one-time non-refundable pet deposit of $250. No aggressive breeds are allowed and there is a weight limit of 50 pounds. We are a mid-term housing company, though we occasionally offer short-term stays. This property is stocked for mid-term stays, so we provide only starter toiletries. Please bring your own toiletries when you come. Annual preventive maintenance checks for smoke detectors and HVAC filters may occur, and we will notify you in advance if access is needed. For emergency maintenance, if urgent repairs are required and we cannot reach you within a certain time, we reserve the right to enter the unit. Mailbox access is available upon request and is not guaranteed, with a refundable key deposit of $35 required. Respect shared spaces and amenities, keep noise levels low during late hours, and dispose of garbage and recycling properly. Only cats are allowed, please reach out for our pet requirements.
